Let the Breeze of Port Aransas cool you down as you relax on patio furniture overlooking your PRIVATE pool at Reel 'em Inn. This comfortable and fresh three bedroom two bathroom is located in a prime location. Enjoy the charming deck with ample sun and relaxation or venture to the private pool for a dip(Heated for free Nov-March).

Open floor plan with plenty of seating for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary essentials.

Master bedroom with bath ensuite offers a comfy king size bed and newly remodeled ensuite bath. Second bedroom offers another king bed! The third bedroom offers two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total). It is ideally suited for two couples and up to four kids.

Every room has its own smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The second and third bedroom share a full size bath.

Reel' Em Inn is conveniently situated within minutes of anything you'll want to do while visiting Port Aransas. Some of our island's favorite restaurants are just around the corner, our largest public beach is located down the street, the golf course is a mile down the street and old town Port A is a quick few minute's away.

Guest Access: Guests will be able to use entire space except locked closets. The garage is for golf carts only.  All outdoor areas and garages and locked closets are covered by security cameras and record any time motion is detected.

Golf Cart usage is subject to terms and conditions that are in the home rental agreement. You must complete the home rental agreement (which includes the provisions for the golf cart) including full contact details and you must text any operator's driver's license and proof of insurance to us before they operate our cart. Golf cart access and operating instructions will be provided the day of your arrival. 

We heat the pool Nov 1 to Mar 31 to 90 degrees. Heating to higher temperatures and other times can be arranged for a fee. The pools are serviced twice a week and will require occasional closures to allow chemicals to dissipate. This is usually no more than a couple hours. There are no refunds for occasional pool closures for cleaning, repairs or maintenance, or if pool temperature is undesirable The pool is cleaned on Tuesdays and Fridays and tested for proper and safe chemicals. There may be occasional algae growth on the pool walls or steps, or debris or sand blowing in from the beach and landscaping. These do not constitute the pool being dirty. Skimmers and brushes are provided if Guest wants to remove them between regularly scheduled cleanings. Please do not let your children use play with these.

Rates quoted are for up to 8 guests per home. No more than 8 guests may be in this home at any time.

Accurate guest counts must be provided so that we can provide sufficient towels and linens and supplies.

This house is ideally suited for 2 adults couples and some children therefor we recommend no more than 6 adults in the house if the party is adults only, or no more than 4 adults if there are children coming.

The top bunks are for children less than 100 lbs. only.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Accurate guest counts must be provided so that we can provide sufficient towels and linens and supplies. Rates quoted are for up to 8 guests. All people OF ANY AGE count as guests and total occupancy must not exceed our permitted maximum occupancy of 8 people OF ANY AGE. This house is set up to comfortably accommodate two adult couples and up to four kids. We highly recommend limiting your party to 4 adults for the best experience. We do not provide or allow additional cots, rollaways, blowup mattresses, etc. on the property. The living room furniture is not to be used as sleeping accommodations. If the guest count you provide is inaccurate, your charges will be adjusted accordingly upon check-in and be charged to the card on file. We highly recommend limiting your party to 4 adults for the best experience. We do not provide or allow additional cots, rollaways, blowup mattresses, etc. on the property. The living room furniture is not to be used as sleeping accommodations. We heat the pool Nov 1 through March 31 to 90 degrees. Heating to higher temperatures and other times can be arranged for a nightly fee of $25 for 90 degrees, $50 for 95 degrees, and $75 for 100 degrees. The pool heat fee will be charged to the card on file on check-in day. The pools are serviced twice a week and will require occasional closures to allow chemicals to dissipate. There are no refunds for occasional pool is closures for cleaning, repairs or maintenance, or if pool temperature is undesirable. Golf Cart usage is subject to a separate agreement and you must text your driver's license and proof of insurance to us before you operate our cart. The golf cart rental fee will be charged to the card on file on check-in day.
